Homewood won the 2000 International Championship in Orlando, Fla. with a 44-38 title-game victory over the Chicago Washington Jaguars.

Vikings capture 7th place at 40th International
   Homewood 39, Chi-Town NBN 38- Trevonn Lewis converted a steal into a late layup as the Vikings completed a comeback for a victory in the fifth-place game at the 40th annual International Tournament at Disney's Wide World of Sports.
   Lewis paced the Vikings (16-6) with 16 points, four steals and six rebounds, while Antaun McHerron chipped in 12 points and seven rebounds. Jaylin Banks added five points and four rebounds, and Ki-Jana Crawford and Sergio Gamino each grabbed three rebounds.
   Newark Project Pride 57, Homewood 33- The Vikings sustained their worst loss of the season after 25 turnovers and 14-for-46 overall shooting helped Newark to a 23-8 margin in the final stanza. Raynard Judkins topped Homewood with 10 points, Antaun McHerron added eight points, Ki-Jana Crawford notched four points and five rebounds and Sergio Gamino had four points, two assists and seven rebounds.
   Fraigcomar 53, Homewood 34- The Vikings trailed by just five entering the final quarter, but couldn't overcome 10-for-31 shooting in a quarterfinal battle. Ki-Jana Crawford topped Homewood with eight points, while Trevonn Lewis added seven points and four assists, and Antaun McHerron had five points and four rebounds.
   Homewood 52, Kenosha 37- The Vikings overcame an eight-point deficit in the opening half to advance to the winner's bracket behind 14 points, three steals and three assists by Crawford, and 13 points from Lewis. McHerron added nine points, six steals and five rebounds and Raynard Judkins had five points and five rebounds..
   Bucaplaa A 62, Homewood 57- On the verge of handing Bucaplaa its first International loss in five years, Homewood fell short after shooting just 12-for-25 from the foul line. Crawford (17 points), Lewis (14 points, six rebounds), Judkins (seven points), Jaylin Banks (six points) and McHerron (five points, six rebounds) led the way for the Vikings..
